Roman Rubinchik
Adjunct InstructorRoman Rubinchik, MAI, AI-GRS is a Director for Appraise by Walker & Dunlop in New York City. Prior to this role he served as Director of Review for NYC’s office of BBG, Inc, a national valuation company, which he joined after several years as a VP for commercial real estate risk department at BankUnited, N.A. His duties included valuation of the bank’s national CRE portfolio, which includes a variety of income-producing property types and projects including hotels, condo construction, industrial parks, and others. Roman has over 18 years of industry experience and holds dual designations from the Appraisal Institute. Prior to becoming an institutional review appraiser, Roman completed hundreds of valuation assignments for a variety of clients from international and domestic banking institutions to arbitration proceedings and private investors. Mr. Rubinchik teaches certification programs in Real Estate Financial Analysis in multiple universities throughout New York. He is an approved instructor for Appraisal Institute and New York State. Roman received his B.S. degree in Engineering from St. Petersburg State College of Engineering.
