Aaron Gavios

Aaron Gavios, Chairman and CEO of Gavios Realty Group, is a leading retail leasing broker in New York City. He has secured locations for internationally known retailers and restaurateurs and has worked with key property owners such as Jamestown Property, Stellar Management, Columbia University, Archstone Smith, Stonehenge Partners, and a host of others. Prior to founding Gavios Realty Group, Mr. Gavios also founded Square Foot Realty. Additionally, he has held key senior marketing and sales positions at several technology firms including Nintendo of America, Casio, Rolodex, DSTV, Mondosoft, and X3D. Mr. Gavios has also served as an expert witness in multiple real estate disputes. Mr. Gavios currently teaches a course in retail leasing at NYU SPS. Mr. Gavios holds an MBA in Marketing and International Business from NYU Stern School of Business and a bachelor's degree from Brandeis University.
