In this class, students gain the skills to design effective social and digital strategies and explore research methods to refine targeting and discover how to best manage social media to elevate brands. They also learn practical ways to use AI to find and entice customers no matter what platform they are on, to efficiently work with influencers, and to execute content that drives brand advocacy, positive reviews, and purchases. Students apply what they learn in a real-world scenario to be better marketers from day one.
