AI for Impact Part II: Advanced Lab is for professionals ready to move beyond everyday AI tool use into building and applying custom AI agents with purpose. This one-day, 8-hour live lab advances participants along a Leadership Progression: from AI User and AI Collaborator to AI Creator, AI Systems Thinker, and ultimately Human-Centered AI Leader.
Building on Part I, participants design and apply their own custom agents; not just learn to build them, but put them to work on real challenges from their organizations.
Prerequisite: It's recommended that students complete AI for Impact Part I (preferred) or AI Readiness: Strategic Skills for Professionals prior to taking this course.

Apply the1+1+AI=10™ framework to multiply impact through human-AI collaboration. Learn to ask the governance questions every leader needs: What can my AI do? What should it do? How do I keep it accountable to human judgment? No coding experience required; this is a strategy, design, and governance lab, not a technical programming course.
Full participation in this course is applicable for 7 CFRE points in Category 1.B -- Education (initial certification/recertification).
