Nina Fiddian-Green is an adjunct instructor within the Division of Programs in Business and is a specialist in global collective leadership development. Nina is an Executive Coach and works with CEO’s, executives and teams to realize the profitability of authentic leadership. She has served as a leader in Fortune 500 organizations and offers unique insights into leadership behaviors, talent development, team dynamics, generational diversity, and cross-cultural influences. At NYUSPS, Nina brings the real world to her students as a catalyst for igniting exponential curiosity, learning, and growth. Nina teaches Coaching Skills & Techniques, Foundations of Coaching. and Small Business Coaching in the M.S. Human Resource Management and Development program. She also teaches Personal Coaching Skills, Advanced Coaching Practicum, and Group Coaching in the Professional Pathways program.
