Drive Business Performance with Inclusive Strategies
According to McKinsey research, gender and ethnically/culturally inclusive teams, particularly within executive leadership, continue to be correlated to financial performance, across countries worldwide. This course examines the value and impact of inclusive leadership and teams on business performance. Participants will examine the key levers of inclusion; analyze various correlations and impact on performance; develop strategic plans for sustainable inclusivity practices; and harness the cultural capital of inclusive resource groups.
