Offered by the Schack Institute of Real Estate, the Certificate in Building Design: HVAC will cover the current methods and technologies utilized in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, including how to manage and maintain them. These highly acclaimed courses are taught by experienced instructors and offer new and seasoned professionals the opportunity to review fundamental and complex concepts related to the practice of building design and HVAC systems.
By successfully completing this certificate, you will be able to do the following:

- Apply solutions learned in class to current projects.
- Earn professional development hours toward your New York Professional Engineering (PE) license.
The Certificate is awarded to students who successfully complete the six required courses within three years of declaring their certificate candidacy.
