Construction Project Management: Strategies for Effective Delivery

This course examines best practices for managing construction projects from initiation through closeout, with a focus on cost control, quality assurance, schedule performance, and safe project delivery. Participants will explore proven strategies for coordination, supervision, and decision-making, and analyze how owners, contractors, and construction managers benefit from effective management practices. Key topics include stakeholder communication, procurement and delivery methods, estimating and financial controls, bonds and insurance, scheduling, change management and claims, construction technology, and sustainable construction principles. Emphasis is placed on practical application, professional judgment, and the integration of management tools to achieve successful project outcomes.
