
Gerard Spano
Adjunct InstructorGerard A. Spano AIA, is an adjunct instructor within the Schack Real Estate Institute, teaching the overview course on the Real Estate Development Process. He is a licensed Architect with a B.Arch from Syracuse University and a MS in Real Estate Development from NYU. Having worked at several Architectural firms such as Beyer Blinder Belle and John Portman & Associates, he followed a path into Development as an Owner’s Representative for various NYC companies including Empire State Development Corporation, Scion & Stock LLC, and Ruby Ventures LLC. Jerry presently works at Gorton & Partners a NYC firm specializing in Development Management. There he is a Project Executive in the Private Residence Studio working on individual luxury residential renovations and new construction. He lives on the Upper East Side in NYC.
