Underwriting and Structuring Office, Retail, and Industrial Loans

Build upon the principles and techniques covered in Underwriting and Structuring Multifamily Loans/REFI1-CE9500 and learn how to underwrite and structure more complex real estate deals involving office, retail, and industrial loans. Topics include discounted cash flow (DCF) analysis; lease review; rent roll risk; go dark provisions; upside potential; subordination, nondisturbance, and attornment (SNDA) agreements; and single-tenant occupancies and risk mitigation. During the course, prepare a credit memo to “committee” on one or more property types.
