For more than 25 years, Donald Heymann has been an independent writer, consultant and strategist, working across many industries and fields, including healthcare, science and technology, social services, public affairs and philanthropy.
Clients include Pfizer, PepsiCo, J&J, GE, Merck, IBM, Citibank and Unilever, as well as such leading non-profit and social service organizations as The Nature Conservancy, UNICEF, The New York Academy of Sciences, the Rockefeller Bros. Fund, the Annie E. Casey Foundation, Save the Children and The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. He has also written for and consulted with major medical centers, including the NYU Cancer Institute, Montefiore Medical Center, and the Hospital for Special Surgery.
Before launching his business, Heymann was a communications executive for three Fortune 500 companies and an account supervisor with Burson-Marsteller, one of the largest public relations agencies in the world. He began teaching at NYU in 2010.
