Paulette Rao

Adjunct Assistant Professor

Paulette holds a B.A. in Education and is an NYU Certified Executive and Organizational Coach.  She serves as an Assistant Adjunct Professor in the Masters in Human Resources Program and has developed the Advanced Diploma in Coaching. She received the 2014 NYU Violet Award for Teaching Excellence. She has achieved the designation of Master Certified Coach through International Coach Federation and is the Past President of the NYC Chapter. She also is a Board Certified Coach (BCC) and a Founding Fellow of the Harvard Institute of Coaching. Paulette is an executive coach at Fortune 500 organizations where she works with senior executives.
