Estelle Erasmus, an award-winning journalist and writing coach, has written for The New York TimesThe Washington PostSalonFamily Circle MagazineYour Teen for ParentsVox and more. She has been editor-in-chief of five national consumer publications. Erasmus is a longtime member of the American Society of Magazine Editors and is the host/curator for the American Society of Journalists and Authors podcast: "ASJA Direct: Inside Intel on Getting Published and Paid Well." She teaches pitching and personal essay writing for Writer’s Digest and is a three-time Blog Her Voice of the Year winner. She read her original work in the inaugural New York show of “Listen to Your Mother.”  Estelle is the "All About the Pitch" columnist for Writer's Digest Magazine.  She teaches "Writing Midlife and Beyond" and "Writing About Health and Beauty for Online Publications and Magazines" at NYUSPS in the Center for Applied Liberal Arts.
