Earned Value Management

Earned value management (EVM) is a powerful technique used by senior project managers around the world to track their projects by time, cost, and scope completed. Knowledge of EVM makes project managers more marketable by giving them the power to track many projects at once from a high-level view. It also is considered by many to be the most difficult subject covered by the PMP® and CAPM® exams. This intensive course devotes a full eight-hour day to thorough coverage of EVM concepts. Learn through hands-on activities that allow you to gain practice and confidence using the basic and more advanced EVM formulas.
