Intermediate Financial Accounting: Concepts and Principles
This course provides the foundation for individuals pursuing a career in accounting and finance. After the conceptual framework of accounting is presented, the course focuses on the income statement, balance sheet, and statement of cash flow. Topics include accounting for receivables, inventory valuation, the acquisition and disposition of fixed assets, depreciation and impairments, and intangible assets. Additional topics, including some pertaining to the income statement and the statement of cash flow, are covered in Intermediate Financial Accounting II/DIPL1-CE8105.
