Architects Who Shaped the Decorative Arts

In addition to creating extraordinary homes and palaces, important government buildings, and cities and towns that shape the lives and economies of generations, architects also design and build some of the most important furniture and decorative arts known worldwide. We will look at the extraordinary contributions of master architects—from Robert Adam, Benjamin Henry Latrobe, Frank Lloyd Wright, and Ludwig Mies van der Rohe to Eero Saarinen and Zaha Hadid, among others—as we analyze their impact on style and quality of life across the world.
