Marc Lieberman

Marc Lieberman has taught screenwriting at Gotham Writers Workshop, the University of California, and NYU. He has won awards for his published short fiction and screenwriting teaching. He co-wrote a screenplay sold to Paramount Pictures and has written three non-fiction books for a leading academic publisher in the field of economics. Currently, he works as a script consultant for New York area screenwriters and directors and teaches both economics and screenwriting at NYU. Many of his former writing students have had success in the film industry, selling screenplays to major studios, writing and directing their own indie films, and winning awards at film festivals.
