Susan Onaitis founded Global Learning Link in 1996 after a 16-year corporate career with Avon Products and the Knoll division of Westinghouse. The firm specializes in learning and development for sales and management professionals. Global Learning Link works with major corporations around the world. With an M.Ed. in Training and Development, Susan offers the unique combination of frontline business experience and educational background in instructional design and adult learning. Her clients include Chanel, Scholastic, Ryerson Steel, Colgate Palmolive, Prudential, and the Bank of New York Mellon. She has been an adjunct instructor at NYU since 2004.
