Comprehensive English Program

  • Taught by English language professionals
  • Provides in-depth instruction in reading, writing, speaking, and listening
  • Offers academic preparation and cultural exploration

In Fall 2020, ELI will offer two six-week sessions of full-time or part-time intensive English instruction through the Comprehensive English Program (CEP). As a full-time student, you will take reading/writing and speaking/listening courses, plus afternoon workshops. These same courses are open to part-time students. You are placed in your appropriate level after taking the English Level Test. To learn more about other programs offered at the ELI, please visit the English Language Institute website.
