Designed for marketing professionals who are interested in understanding what has worked and what has not worked for the many new entrants in the healthcare ecosystem, and most importantly, why? Gain an understanding of the marketing and communication implications of these new business models and offerings, and how to translate these into strategies and tactics for all stakeholders along the patient journey. Learn how to use social platforms more effectively to listen, learn, and engage with customers. Complete courses in the following sequence:

Track 3
Designed for marketing professionals who are interested in understanding what has worked and what hasn't for the many new entrants to the healthcare ecosystem, and most importantly, why? Students will understand the marketing and communication implications of these new business models and offerings, and how to translate these into strategies and tactics for all stakeholders along the patient journey. Students will learn about the uses of different measurement methodologies and how to interpret results and effectiveness. Complete courses in the following sequence:
