Community Development and Capital Markets in Affordable Housing
This course discusses financial sources and tools for improving communities and adding affordable housing. These tools aid developers in the construction of housing
and economic development spaces in the communities. Practitioners can service communities with this new knowledge and skillset. Students will learn the resources and mechanisms of mission-based development. This course will include current topics such as ESG provisions, Impact Investing, and solving community challenges through real estate.
