Management Certificate in Agile Management

There is a growing demand across industries and business functions to quickly and efficiently deliver business solutions that align with rapidly changing environments. The agile methodology for systems development has evolved into the application of this “mindset” for project management, regardless of the industry. The Certificate in Agile Management consists of two required foundational courses and two electives, which cover topics such as agile project management, leadership (coaching), ethics, team management, and systems development management.
