Adjunct InstructorStephen DiMarco is the Co-Founder and President of Navigating Growth Partners, a growth consultancy that helps executives and investors achieve transformative sales and operating leverage amid market disruptions. In this role, he has pioneered analytic frameworks that forecast how planned AI investments will shape both customer experiences and enterprise value. Prior Navigating Growth Partners, he served as Chief Digital Officer for Kantar North America, driving digital strategy and customer-centric solutions. Over his career, Stephen developed innovative analytics tools on alternative datasets, providing critical insights into shifting consumer media consumption and shopping behaviors. In addition to his executive leadership, Stephen is an Adjunct Professor of Marketing at NYU, where he shares his industry expertise and passion for data-driven decision-making with the next generation of marketing professionals.
