Randy Apfelbaum, is an adjunct lecturer in the Real Estate Institute specializing in Construction Project Management and Project Scheduling. He is Chief Facilities and Administrative Officer at Yeshiva University in New York City. Randy has worked for the past 30 years in the construction industry providing construction project management services to not for profits, schools, cultural facilities and performing arts centers. At NYUSPS he teaches Project Scheduling courses using a variety of scheduling software.
This course covers the critical path method and other analytical and quantitative scheduling and management techniques for construction projects.
