Lourdes Olvera-Marshall, Esq., is a diversity & inclusion strategist, executive coach, networking expert, community leader, and speaker. Previously, Ms. Olvera-Marshall served as Associate Director for global matters at NYU School of Law and was a Cultural Representative at Walt Disney World. She holds two law degrees (ITAM, Mexico, and an LL.M. from NYU Law), a graduate degree in Organizational and Executive Coaching, and a certificate in Communication Skills, both from NYU SPS. She also holds a Cordon D’Or Culinary degree and has studies from Harvard, Cornell and Complutense (Spain). She is the President of MexPro, a Mexican Professional Association in NY. She received NYU’s inaugural 2018 Outstanding Global Professional award and was recently recognized as Crain's NY Business 2020 inaugural Notable Women in Talent Resources.
