Restaurant Management: Evaluating and Using Point of Sale Systems

Point of sale (POS) systems assist in the management of labor, inventory, cash, and credit cards for businesses, including restaurants. In this course, gain an understanding of how POS systems work, and learn to buy what you need instead of much more than you need when purchasing one. This course also will discuss what functions the POS system manages. You will have the opportunity to review systems online and put them through a multilevel evaluation process.
