FP 1: Fundamentals of Financial Planning

Learn the fundamentals of financial planning in this prerequisite for the other courses in the financial planning program. Topics include financial planning functions, time value of money, economic and legal environments, financial analysis, and ethical and professional considerations. Gain practical experience utilizing data-gathering forms, constructing personal financial statements, budgeting, and dealing with regulatory requirements.

Registering at least three weeks prior to the course start date is highly recommended.
