This 12-week, instructor-led course is designed for professionals who have already completed the required 35 contact hours of project management education and want to refresh their knowledge or strengthen their readiness for the Project Management Institute’s (PMI) PMP® certification exam. Through structured study, interactive discussions, and collaborative learning, participants will revisit key concepts covered in the latest PMP® exam, including stakeholder engagement, project planning and execution, Agile methodologies, and performance measurement. Students will meet online synchronously every other week for six sessions, gaining targeted guidance and exam strategies in a supportive environment. Active PMI® student membership and full attendance at all sessions are required.
