Gregory Atkins has has years of diverse professional experience and success in both the public and private sectors. Through his work with economic development agencies, public officials, international financial institutions and real estate development companies, Atkins has amassed a wealth of expertise and has acquired a unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities in the real estate market.
Gregory currently teaches as an Adjunct Instructor at New York University in the Schack’s Institute of Real Estate. His courses include Development Process, Use of Space and Urban Design, and more. He also serves as the Director of Real Estate Development Advisory Services at CHA Consulting, Inc. For the last 12 years, Gregory has been a Partner at Brooklyn Hotel Group’s (BHG) whose primary focus is the acquisition and development of hotels and commercial properties.
In the spring of 2024, he joined CHA Consulting as the Director of Real Estate Advisory Services. CHA is a national consulting firm that provides developers and governments the full range of services from owners representative to architecture and engineering. CHA is located in DUMBO.
