MS in Construction Management
ANNOUNCEMENT:
At NYU SPS our mission is to deliver programs that align with industry and prepare students for the future of work. To ensure that we deliver content that meets the needs of our students and the industry, the NYU SPS Schack Institute of Real Estate will pause admission of new students to the MS in Construction Management program starting with the fall 2023 term. This hiatus will provide an opportunity to re-envision a new degree program that delivers an innovative curriculum and prepares students with the leadership skills to develop cutting-edge solutions in an ever-evolving industry.
Although we cannot accept new students into this program, we encourage you to explore the MS in Real Estate Development program, which may suit your goals and objectives. NYU SPS welcomes international students from all over the world. Accepted students who wish to enroll in an NYU SPS degree program must adhere to the following policy for securing the appropriate visa to study in the U.S.
All international students who plan to travel to the U.S. to participate in their NY classes should enter the U.S. in a visa category that permits study. Entering the U.S. with a tourist visa (B-1 or B-2 visa) or ESTA (visa-waiver program) is a violation of status and is not advisable. We encourage our international students to apply for an F-1 student visa.
If you require a visa to study in the United States, you must submit your I-20/DS-2019 application to the Office of Global Services (OGS).
