Warren Dodge

Warren Dodge is an Adjunct Associate Professor in the NYU School of Professional Studies teaching graduate level courses in Business Strategy, Leadership and Human Capital. He was awarded Best Professor in 1993.

Warren is currently an independent Management Consultant specializing in Change Management and Human Capital challenges. Previously, Warren was with Accenture for 29 years and was the Global Managing Partner responsible for Accenture’s Talent and Organization Performance practice for the Communications and High Technology Industry. This role covered the Accenture practice directed at maximizing the performance of people in the workplace including Talent Management, Human Resources, Organization Effectiveness and Change Management. Some of Warren’s clients included IBM, UPS, Verizon, AT&T, Rogers Communications, XM Satellite Radio, PepsiCo, Starwood Hotels, Kelly Services.

During his time at Accenture, Warren was the NY Office Partner Leader for Diversity & Inclusion. He helped to sponsor and develop various Employee Resources Groups and lead strategic diversity recruiting efforts.

How I contribute to NYU SPS IDBEA initiatives…

I contribute to NYU SPS IDBEA initiatives by bringing IDBEA knowledge from my business experience as a Management Consultant for over 25 years. I am interested in helping NYU SPS become more attractive to faculty, students, staff, and the communities around NYU because of our IDBEA commitment.
