James Dulin

James began his career in education as a middle school Math and Social Studies teacher. After graduating from the University of Michigan with a Master’s degree in Diversity and Social Justice in Higher Education, James ran an academic intervention/community college bridge program at Louisiana State University. He then used his skillset to develop social justice and inclusion programming for Mount Ida College. His experience in large scale programs and events transferred perfectly to the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate where he coordinates conferences and co-curricular events.

How I contribute to NYU SPS IDBEA initiatives…

James has worked with the IDBEA committee to help develop more inclusive faculty hiring practices and inclusion workshops for students, staff, and faculty. He will be one of the facilitators leading the pilot phase of these workshops.
