My recommendations for immediate IDBEA action steps anyone in the community can take…

My recommendation for immediate action steps that anyone can take in the community is to stay informed. The NYU Office of Global Inclusion and the NYU Center for Multicultural Education and Programs both send out weekly newsletters that are extremely helpful in keeping informed about all the IDBEA programming and events going on throughout the University (and the list is always long!). Other action steps include: voting, supporting minority-owned businesses, signing petitions, attending protests/rallies, and giving of your time and/or donating to IDBEA causes.
