Why I serve on the IDBEA committee...
I serve because I believe in caring for the whole person and this is a pragmatic approach I take to managing my workforce. I practice servant leadership and through that type of leadership, I have empowered others. My service is a shift from HR Manager to one voice, a member of the NYU community. I desire a diverse and inclusive environment for everyone, all the time so I am doing my part to get there.
