NYU SPS Hosts Employee Recognition Celebration to Honor Exceptional Employees and Those Marking Anniversary Milestones
On Friday, April 29, the NYU School of Professional Studies held the Employee Recognition Celebration. Five exceptional SPS employees who have helped to foster an innovative, collaborative, service-focused, and inclusive environment at the School received awards. In addition, employees celebrating 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, and 35 year anniversary milestones were also recognized.
Dean Angie Kamath presided over the celebration, which was held virtually, and also included remarks by Stephanie Steinberg, director, Human Resources.
The Administrative Staff Excellence Award was bestowed upon: Sue McNeilly, associate director, development counselor, NYU Wasserman Center for Career Development at NYU SPS; and Lisa Hoang, associate director, programs, Human Capital Management, Division of Programs in Business.
The Clerical/Technical Staff Excellence Award was bestowed upon: Anne Maguire, administrative aide, Center for Applied Liberal Arts; and Tabitha Shivtahal, administrative aide, Office of Student Affairs.
The Distinguished Administrator Award was bestowed upon Edwin Raagas, director, career development, NYU Wasserman Center for Career Development at NYU SPS.
