Stephanie Baez

Professor Baez holds over a decade of experience in strategic communications, crisis communications, media relations, messaging development, and event planning and execution. In her current professional role, Professor Baez helps lead brand development and communications strategy for several high-profile national non-profit organizations, in addition to driving messaging campaigns for causes. Prior to joining the private sector, Professor Baez served as the head of communications at the New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC) between 2016-2019, working closely with several other New York City government agencies and the Mayor's Office. Before that, Professor Baez was the spokeswoman and lead communications strategist for several Members of Congress and the House Judiciary Committee on Capitol Hill between 2010-2016.
