Matthew L Sawyer

Matthew Lee Sawyer is a business and marketing strategist who has helped build dozens of successful brands and startup businesses for both U.S. and international companies. Matthew has won numerous marketing industry awards, including Gold and Silver EFFIES for most effective advertising campaigns. He was recognized by the Wall Street Journal as a pioneer in digital marketing.

Currently, Matthew is Managing Director of the strategy consulting firm Rocket Market Development. He also teaches graduate courses in business strategy and marketing communications at Columbia University and New York University. Matthew’s book—titled Make It In America: How international companies and entrepreneurs can successfully enter and scale in U.S. markets —is being published by Wiley in fall 2022.
