Mr. Soler is an adjunct faculty member of the Schack Institute of Real Estate, where he has lectured for more than 17 years. Most recently, as Managing Director of Stockbridge Realty Advisors, he been a consultant to Société Générale in a senior credit risk professional role supporting the bank CMBS, SASB, structured finance, balance sheet, corporate, REIT and private debt fund financing platforms where he was directly responsible for over $50 Billion of commercial real estate financings. 

Additionally, Mr. Soler was a senior contributor to the Société Générale ESG requirements for North America, crafting the initial ESG policies and procedures as well as authoring the section on real estate related matters. Prior to the consulting position. Mr. Soler was a Managing Director at Société Générale where he managed financing, recovery, and disposition of a $5 Billion North American commercial real estate loan portfolio. In addition to his roles at Société Générale and over the course of his career, he has advised investors and financial institutions on acquisition, development/entitlement strategies, asset management and divestiture strategies for over $100 Billion worth of commercial real estate assets. 

Mr. Soler holds an Economics Degree from University of Massachusetts at Amherst where he has been a member of the Economics Department Advisory Board. He both attended Harvard Graduate School of Design and was a visiting lecturer. Since 2008 he has been an Adjunct Instructor at the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate where he teaches in the Master of Science in Real Estate program with a focus on sustainable real estate development. Mr. Soler has also been a faculty member at Fordham University, Baruch College (CUNY) and a guest lecturer at both the Yale and Columbia schools of architecture. He holds certificates in Ai from the Sloan School of Management and Teaching Business Cases from Harvard Business School. He is currently a candidate for a MS in Sustainability at the University of London SOAS with an expected matriculation date of 2025. 

He won the National Award for Smart Growth Achievement in 2005 and holds numerous awards from various trade organizations, including the American Institute of Architects. Previously, he was a member of the Board of Directors for the Nathaniel Witherell Skilled Nursing Home, owned by the Town of Greenwich, CT, and was the co-chair of the building committee for the facility overseeing a $26 Million renovation. Mr. Soler has served as a member of the YMCA of Greenwich Board of Directors, where he facilitated completion of the $35 Million renovation for the facility and re-capitalization of the organization. He has held board positions on numerous Connecticut based nonprofit organizations involved with both affordable housing as well as social services. Additionally, he has been a member of numerous Town of Greenwich, CT boards, committees and commissions and has been a resident of the Town for more than 35 years.
