Nick Joseph is the head of Citi’s REIT and Lodging team and their Global Real Estate Super Sector. The 11-person US REIT and Lodging team has coverage of over 80 real estate and lodging equity securities. The Citi Research REIT team has consistently been ranked as the top team in external client polls including Institutional Investor.
Joseph was named a Rising Star of Wall Street Research in 2015. Before joining the Citi Research REIT and Lodging team in 2010, he worked at the Citi Private Bank. He holds an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business with a concentration in Finance and Economics, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Virginia.
