Core Curriculum

Our professors provide students with a theoretical foundation backed with practical experience while you tackle courses like real estate finance, urban real estate economics, law, development, and risk and portfolio management.

Electives

The real estate market is as diverse as it is large. Students take time to explore the areas that interest them most. Go deep on topics like private equity, data analytics, asset management, and more.

Specializations

Students choose the path they want to further study in greater depth with focuses on Finance and Investment or Asset Management.

 

Thesis or Capstone

One-year immersion program for exceptional students

This highly specialized program enrolls 15-20 exceptional MS in Real Estate students for a one-year intensive immersion in Real Estate Finance and Investment to prepare them for future management and executive positions. Students start in the summer and proceed as a cohort through classes and special mentoring, networking, study abroad, case study, and guest lecture opportunities with New York’s most respected business leaders.
