This course presents theories, tools, and techniques of successful project management practices aligned with CAPM objectives and covers the fundamental aspects of project management through the study of 10 knowledge areas and related process groups. Students learn project management skills such as schedule development; reverse planning methods; and cost, performance, and client considerations to manage projects successfully. The course also prepares students to complete the CAPM certification exam.
