Project Management (CAPM) Certification Exam Prep
Project management skills are increasingly important in today’s competitive organizations. This course presents theories, tools, and techniques of successful project management practices aligned with CAPM objectives and covers the fundamental aspects of project management through the study of 10 knowledge areas and related process groups. Students learn project management skills such as schedule development; reverse planning methods; and cost, performance, and client considerations to manage projects successfully. The course also prepares students to complete the CAPM certification exam. The content and subject matter presented in this course are aligned with A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide)—Seventh Edition
(Project Management Institute Inc., 2021) and other appropriate PMI® global standards.
