Christopher Auguste

Christopher Auguste is a first-generation college student. He is an undergraduate at New York University’s School of Professional Studies, pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate of Urban Sustainability. After completing his degree, he plans to pursue an investment or finance role within the real estate industry. Once armed with the proper knowledge and experience, he aspires to play a pivotal role in helping to rebuild his local community and others like it.

Natalia Bolaños

Natalia Bolaños is a sophomore studying Real Estate with a strong interest in international business and global management. Born to a Puerto Rican mother and a Panamanian father, Natalia's multicultural background has shaped her global perspective. Having lived in various locations due to her upbringing in an Army family, including Oklahoma, South Korea, Hawaii, Florida, Germany, South Carolina, and Israel, Natalia possesses a deep appreciation for diverse cultures and markets. Natalia's involvement in the SPS Dean's Student Advisory Board showcases her leadership skills and commitment to shaping the future of her school.

Bernardo “Soji” Britto

Bernardo “Soji” Britto, originally a transfer student from Mt. San Jacinto Community College, is an undergraduate student at New York University's School of Professional Studies (NYU SPS). He is pursuing a degree in Social Science with a concentration in Psychology. Soji's academic path is driven by a profound dedication to social justice and community service, particularly in advocating for marginalized populations. He aspires to make a significant impact in advancing mental health, well-being, and overall wellness. Soji actively contributes to the NYU community by fundraising for scholarships, research opportunities, and study-away programs as a member of the NYU Phonathon team and also serves as an undergraduate assistant at the NYU SPS Wasserman Center, enhancing academic and career support services. In his free time, Soji enjoys dancing and is part of the NYU Afroseke dance team, showcasing his talent and enthusiasm for movement and self-expression.

Hannah Choi

Hannah Choi is a junior at NYU pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Travel, and Tourism Management. She holds the position of President of the SPS Undergraduate Student Council, where she plays a leadership role in advocating for student welfare and promoting community within the campus. She has a passion for event management and is motivated to explore new avenues. She is eager to delve into her recent interest in corporate finance and strives to expand her potential for growth and embrace the challenges within this field.

Ananda Daniel

Ananda Daniel is an undergraduate student studying Hospitality, Travel & Tourism management at NYU. She is involved in the Undergraduate Student Council, the Events Committee, and more at the institution. Ananda has a strong interest in digital marketing and social media as it relates to travel and tourism. She is passionate about expanding her career, exploring new avenues of hospitality, and making an impact in the world.

Amrita Debnath

Amrita Debnath is an MS candidate in Professional Writing. Her expertise lies in the science and healthcare fields. She is passionate about health literacy and accessibility through editing. As a Malkemes Memorial Scholarship recipient, she is committed to advancing equity and inclusion. When she’s not crafting a bio, she enjoys watching movies based on classic novels. Amrita is located in Toronto, Canada.

Felipe de Sande Palma

Felipe de Sande Palma is pursuing an M.S. in Sports Business. He is a dentist turned personal trainer and content creator, currently transitioning into the field of sports. He also serves as the Graduate Student Council President at NYU SPS, and he is deeply passionate about entrepreneurship, fitness, digital media, and sports marketing. Felipe's favorite SPS event is the Winter Gala.

Kyanna Ebanks

Kyanna Ebanks is a second-year M.S. candidate in Human Resource Management & Development with a concentration in Organizational Effectiveness. She recently completed an internship with TIAA and hopes to pursue a career that allows her to help companies grow in engagement, DE&I, and People Analytics. Her favorite SPS event was Global Village due to the chance to immerse herself in different cultures and connect with people.

Kate Ferrin

Kate Ferrin (she/her) is a first-generation university student, pursuing an MS in Global Affairs at the Center for Global Affairs (CGA) at SPS. She is concentrating on the global economy, and specializing in data analytics and the UN system, respectively. Kate is originally from Mississauga, Canada and earned an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto in 2022. In 2023, Kate co-authored two reports at the CGA: one on a timely counter-terrorism issue for the United Nations Counter-Terrorism Committee Executive Directorate (CTED), and one on how violent extremists and other malicious actors may harness AI technologies for circulation throughout the Manhattan District Attorney’s office. Kate has also had the opportunity to work for both Dr. John Kane and Dr. Christian Busch during her time at SPS. Outside of the classroom, you can find Kate working at a local Brooklyn restaurant, catching a rush theatre performance, or grabbing a coffee with friends!

Beneah “BG” Gorospe

Beneah “BG” Gorospe is pursuing an MS in Global Affairs, concentrating on Environmental and Energy Policy. Hailing from the Philippines, she holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Santo Tomas. BG strongly advocates for environmentalism and sustainability through speaking engagements with Greenducation Philippines. She excels in public speaking, leadership, graphic design, and visual arts. Before attending NYU SPS, she worked with S&P Global Market Intelligence under the Energy Client Operations for almost three years. BG is knowledgeable in energy, finance, economics, customer relations, corporate communication, and database management. She is highly motivated to connect and collaborate, driven by her vision for a better future and a better environment.

Elizabeth Karathra

Elizabeth Karathra is a graduate student, pursuing her MSc in Integrated Marketing. She is also currently working with the Graduate School of Arts and Science at NYU. She has been a part of the Graduate Student Council at SPS and will continue serving the council in her new role as the school senator for the academic year 2023 - 2024. Being a globe trotter, having grown up in 6 countries and seeking knowledge from each of those cultures; she aspires to be an entrepreneur in her field of study. She loves to explore new places and cuisines, her favorite SPS event was the Spring Cruise 2023. She also firmly believes that SPS is one of the most friendly and culturally diverse schools present in NYU.  

Damascus Lee

Damascus Lee is a senior at NYU pursuing his B.S. in business management with a concentration in marketing, public relations, and advertising. Damascus is spending this summer interning at a record label and hopes to pursue a career in marketing upon graduation. He is from New York and has spent his entire life here with his family. His favorite activity in NYC is visiting the piers!

Kriti Mahtab

Kriti Mahtab is a graduate student pursuing Public Relations and Corporate Communications at NYU SPS. She is currently a Visual Storytelling Intern at NYU’s Office of Global Services and spent the summer as a healthcare intern at Edelman. She also has program management experience in accessible education and immigrant and refugee rights spaces. Kriti is originally from Kolkata, India, and graduated from the University of Chicago with bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and Visual Arts. In her free time, she enjoys photography, listening to history podcasts, and exploring the great food in NYC.

Leila Milgrim

Leila Milgrim is a Global Executive Director, Creative Strategy at Condé Nast. Her career has spanned categories and continents, and she’s spent the past decade creating and executing global, innovative and cross-platform campaigns. Her writing has been featured in publications like Vogue, Condé Nast Traveler, SELF, Women’s Health, InStyle, and more. Alongside her professional pursuits, Leila is currently pursuing a Masters degree at NYU's Center for Global Affairs, with a profound focus on Global Futures and Corporate Social Responsibility. Over the past two years at NYU, Leila co-authored a report on global digital governance initiatives for the United Nations Foundation and supported Prof. Dr. Christian Busch on media output related to purpose-driven leadership, impact entrepreneurship, and social innovation.

Liza Moore

Liza Moore is a senior at NYU pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Travel, and Tourism Management. She was born and raised in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, a center for tourism, which has fueled her passion for hospitality. Liza also has a strong interest in marketing and corporate communications as she believes every brand has a story that needs to be told. Her involvement at NYU sheds light on her leadership skills and commitment to the well-being of NYU and her peers.

Shruti Nakhate

Shruti Nakhate is a dynamic and driven marketing professional currently pursuing her Master’s in Integrated Marketing and Communications at NYU SPS. Prior to her graduate studies, Shruti spent 4+ years gaining expertise in consumer insights, branding, and digital marketing which has resulted in a proven track record of delivering strategic results and elevating brand awareness. She has a deep love for art and creativity and brings a unique blend of artistic sensibility and business acumen to her work in integrated marketing and branding. Her passion for creativity fuels her ability to develop innovative strategies and deliver impactful results. Shruti continues to nurture her artistic pursuits in her free time, exploring new mediums and techniques to expand her creative horizons.

Rivi Saad

Rivi Saad is currently pursuing her Masters in Integrated Marketing with a concentration in Digital Marketing at NYU SPS. She has experience working in the marketing and advertising field and is currently a Manager of Advanced Advertising at Paramount. Her favorite SPS event is Global Village!

Allegra Saltzman

Allegra Saltzman is a 20-year old filmmaker, writer, and social justice advocate from Los Angeles. As a rising senior who is majoring in Sports Management with a minor in Film, her favorite event produced in affiliation with SPS is the NYU Sports Film Festival, which she will direct for the third time this year.

Payten Slack

Payten Slack is a first-generation college student from Orlando, Florida, and the current undergraduate chair of the SPS Community Service Committee. She is a sophomore at New York University’s School of Professional Studies, pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality, Travel, and Tourism Management. She has worked in the hospitality industry for over three years after starting at Fun Spot America Theme Parks as a janitor, eventually making her way to Human Resources Assistant and Call Center Representative before the age of 18. While in pursuit of her degree, Payten wants to use her experience to help others from similar backgrounds find their passions and interact with others from all around the world.

Jake Tran

Jake Tran is a junior studying Hospitality, Travel, and Tourism Management with a minor in the Business of Entertainment, Media, and Technology. With interests in the entertainment industry, he hopes to intersect hospitality with entertainment and establish a career post graduation in that sector. His favorite SPS event has been tours with the Hospitality Business Society.

Christina Yang

Christina Yang is a second-year candidate in M.S. of Integrated Marketing with a concentration in Marketing Analytics. She also serves as the secretary of the Integrated Marketing Association, overseeing professional and social event planning for the student community. Her passion lies in results-driven digital marketing and content strategy.
