Sandra Holtzman (MA in Cinema Studies, NYU) is an award-winning creative director, marketing strategist, and serial entrepreneur. She has started four companies, including Marketing Cures, a boutique marketing company founded in 1997. Her solid strategies and creative thinking have proven successful for start-ups as well as Fortune 500 companies, improving their returns-on-investment from 60%-1,000%. Her expertise includes B-to-B, consumer, healthcare, tech, educational institutions and fashion.

She shares her marketing and entrepreneurship expertise and passion as an Adjunct Professor at NYU and FIT and as a Fast Trac facilitator at the Women’s Center for Entrepreneurship and NYC Small Business Services.

Her book, Lies Start-ups Tell Themselves to Avoid Marketing, published by Select Books, helps start-ups understand 10 simple do’s and don’t's that are essential to making their start-up successful.
