Chris Louie is the Head of Talent Development for Thomson Reuters (TR). He is a leader in TR’s
People function, responsible for Talent Acquisition, Learning and Career Development, and
Employer Branding globally. He has helped shape TR’s hybrid working strategy and its use of AI in
the workplace.

Previously, Chris was a talent leader at LinkedIn and Nielsen, and a consultant with McKinsey. Chris
has a MBA from Columbia Business School, MS from Babson College, and a BS from the Wharton
School at the University of Pennsylvania. He lives in NYC with his wife, two daughters, and pet
collie, Viva.
