Anastasia Vladislavova is an Adjunct Professor at the Schack Institute of Real Estate in the School of Professional Studies at New York University, where she teaches graduate-level Finance and Investment course and Certificate Courses related to underwriting. Vladislavova is also working at Vanadium Group, a principal and capital advisory firm headquartered in New York. She assists with underwriting analysis and financing memoranda preparation, aiding team members with ongoing client management and placement efforts for debt and equity capitalization assignments. 
 
Ms. Vladislavova earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Moscow State University in Moscow, Russia, and a Master of Science degree in Real Estate Finance and Investments from Schack Institute of Real Estate, New York University. While at school, Anastasia Vladislavova served on the executive committee of REISA (Real Estate Student Association) as Executive Vice President and Alumni Liaison.

Vladislavova is a member of several industry-leading professional associations such as Urban Land Institute, ICSC, MBA, RELA, CREFC and others.
