Writing in an Intercultural Workplace

For many of us, 21st century professional life necessitates communicating and collaborating in a global workplace. In this workshop, participants will examine some of the principles and pitfalls of intercultural communication. Participants will learn to establish relationships and convey information in order to move projects forward while displaying emotional and cultural intelligence. We will discuss how to evaluate communication strategies in different professional contexts and identify sites of potential misunderstanding and harm. Questions?
