Basic Project Management
Project management skills are increasingly important in today’s competitive organizations, especially for meeting project goals on time, within budget, and while maintaining high standards of quality. Learn the fundamentals of the theory, tools, and techniques of successful project management that cover the entire project life cycle. In this course, you will learn and apply a framework that has been proven necessary for project management success. In lectures, discussions and exercises, you will cover the essential aspects of managing projects, including assigning responsibility and ownership of project components; setting milestones for the completion of major tasks; breaking a complex project into manageable parts; task sequencing; managing cost, performance, client expectations; and developing a project plan.
