Valuing a Business: US and Overseas

Examine the fundamental methods employed in valuing a business. Major emphasis is placed on the discounted cash flow (DCF) method. Other methods explored include comparative market value, book value, the earnings approach, replacement value, liquidation value, and the factor approach. Analyze and evaluate a company of your choice using the DCF approach and applying other appropriate valuation methods.
