This course offers practical guidance in regard to consumer food experience, including what the product says about the buyer, what the look and style of the product communicate to the buyer, how the product makes the buyer feel, and how the product fits into the buyer’s lifestyle. Also, learn about designing food and beverage products, including product stylizing, aroma, color, and portion. This course also covers product marketing, marketing plan development, and competitive analysis, as well as broadcasting, narrowcasting, and social media.
